At FamilyPath
we believe all children deserve access to high-quality diagnostics and treatment.
We're building a foundation.
Let's walk this path together.
Our StoryFamilyPath's Founders first opened our doors in January of 2015 serving a small group of clients in the Madison and Milwaukee areas with the mission to build a foundation for each child's social-emotional, cognitive, and communication development by providing intensive in-home early intervention treatment programs.
We now have the opportunity to serve families across five counties where we continue to achieve our mission, aiming to effectively engage, teach, and support the families who entrust us with their children. Our team of professionals, technicians, and administrators are guided by our core values:
|
Our ProgramOur intensive, in-home therapy program supports children in developing social, communication, play, and personal independence skills using a play-based approach.
Our philosophy is based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), which is designed to support children's growth in their natural environment. Throughout treatment, we collaborate with each family to develop and implement an individually designed plan of care that meets the needs of the child and their family. The success of each child's program depends on the expertise of the FamilyPath team, the family's participation in the program, and the family's support of the treatment team. |
ResourcesWhether you are a parent whose child has just received a diagnosis, a caregiver working with a child on the spectrum, or a guardian in search of some answers, it can be challenging to know where to begin and overwhelming when narrowing down the plethora of information you find.
No matter what stage you're in, FamilyPath has resources to meet you where you are and help you take the next steps. From learning more about ESDM and ABA to finding local support in your area, our resources page has the information you need. |

Kim and Erica were some of the most amazing people I have ever had a chance to work with. They helped us through some of the hardest time of [our son's] life and helped us become better parents for him.

Rachel and Jess both went above and beyond. They were available at any time for questions and to share accomplishments. If they didn’t know an answer they would look for one from others. They genuinely cared about [our son] and our family

There were different relationships with each of the therapists. It was great to see how they loved [our son] and he loved them. We felt like we really were a team and it was comfortable having them in our home. How it was all going to work felt scary in the beginning, but the team made it a great experience.

The team members always kept me in the loop about what they were working on with [our son]. They taught me the different activities. They always discussed with me the progress [our son] was making. They also made sure they checked with me first about [our son] going outside or what snacks he can have.

I would have loved to keep [our son] in FamilyPath forever, but your team did such a good job of making him ready for school, that it just became the logical next step to get him into a classroom. Every single day I miss having FamilyPath in our house.

The...lead therapists and program managers were great! They have a lot of knowledge to share and they are able to very quickly build rapport with kids. It was effective. Our kid grew a lot during the course of the year.

[I really liked FamilyPath's program for the] involvement of the family. I also appreciated their attentiveness and priority to get all the therapists working with [our child] on the same page.

Each and every CATT that came to our house worked so well with [our daughter]. They all brought their own unique ways of “playing” with [her] and helped her feel so special. Mayte and [our daughter ] had a great bond and she helped [her] so much!
